Cars Tintin
1/43 scale collectible Tintin cars series: Tintin and Snowy in the caravan.
Caravan - The Black Island (1966) On the trail of two counterfeiters Tintin stops some English tourists for a lift. He settles with Snowy in the caravan and seems to appreciate the landscape, not for very long! Because the attachment of his caravan is broken and it snaps and Tintin ends up in a pond-where a No Bathing sign means Tintin is in breach of the law… This caravan is built in England. It can be found in the 1962 catalogue for Eccles Caravans. Bob de Moor, then working at Studios Hergé, found this little wonder on a reconnaissance trip to our English friends that allowed him to bring back sketches to rework and modernize The Black Island.
